82-year-old critically injured in Forth accident
The accident happened about 10.20am.
Police and emergency services responded to reports of an 82-year-old man having been struck by a blue Jaguar car on Main Street in Forth.
The man was taken by Helimed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, and medical staff describe his condition as critical.
No one else was injured in the incident.

Hide AdThe road was closed between Harelaw Roundabout and Climpy Road, with diversions in place. Crash scene investigators remain at the scene.
Enquiries are continuing into the cause of the accident and officers from the Divisional Road Policing Unit are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to contact them at Motherwell Police Office via 101.
