Andrew Marsh's bald statement of love
Andrew underwent a full headshave at a fundraising fayre he organised at the village's St Bride's Centre in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The total raised at the fayre – and through sponsorship for his scalping – was 1456.13, soon to be handed over to the charity.

Hide AdThe motivation for Andrew could not have been greater. Shortly before they wed last year, Andrew's partner Leslie discovered she had cancer.
The course of chemotherapy which followed meant that the 51-year-old veterinary nurse lost her hair and so, when Andrew came to thinking up ways of supporting the Macmillan charity, what more appropriate way to do it than a sponsored headshave?
He said: "It was a bit of rebellion for me to grow my hair but cutting it all off is my way of showing support and raising money for Macmillan.
"As for doing it during the winter, well, I'll just have to buy a tammy, I suppose!"
