£10k worth of tools stolen in three separate break-ins at Bishopbriggs
Police are hunting thieves who made off with almost £10,000 worth of tools from an industrial estate in Bishopbriggs.
The thieves broke into three separate builders’ units at Woodilee Industrial Estate in the early hours of Monday, November 7.
A van was also stolen and later recovered nearby.
In the first incident, tools worth £5,000 were taken. Around £1,500 worth of equipment was stolen from the second robbery and tools worth £3,000 were taken during the third break-in.
Police said today (Tuesday) their inquiries were continuing and appealed for witnesses.
