Lesmahagow chippy has menu with a difference
Rollo’s Cafe began the new menu last Sunday with fish, chips, chicken, onion rings and mushrooms all receiving the gluten-free treatment.
Owner Mark Rollo said: “We thought it would be a good idea to try something like this as I was at an exhibition last month and was speaking to a few people about gluten-free and wheat-free products.

Hide Ad“We thought that Sunday afternoon would be the best time to do it because all the friers have to be de-greased and cleaned, especially for this.
“It’s a lot more work for myself and my wife Carol but I think it will be worth it.”
