Council chiefs are trying to flush out a buyer for their former public toilets in Motherwell town centre.
They’ve decided there’s nothing to loo-se by putting the building in Brandon Parade East on the market.
A ‘for sale’ sign has gone up and the property is being advertised locally and nationally.

Hide AdCash-strapped North Lanarkshire Council describes it as a “conversion opportunity”.
Inviting offers, the council says: “Subject to planning consent, the former public toilets are considered suitable for a variety of alternative uses.”
The closing date for bids is Friday, October 7.
