Police officer dies in shooting at station

Constable Rod Gellatly (41), a Strathclyde Police officer, died after a firearm was discharged yesterday (Monday).
His family has been informed.
Assistant Chief Constable Bernard Higgins said: “It is with great sadness that I confirm a serving Strathclyde Police Officer died in an incident where a firearm was discharged at Baird Street Police Office.
