School of the Week - Condorrat Primary
Pupils in primary seven at our latest School of the Week, who are preparing to go to Greenfaulds High after the summer holiday, recently took part in a Trashon Show with youngsters at other feeder schools.
The inventive pupils recycled rubbish and made clothes fit for any catwalk in the process.

Hide AdRecycling and being environmentally friendly is still the focus for many pupils particularly those in the eco-committee.
The school is the proud owner of a green flag, and the pupils have been working hard to maintain and enhance the work done to achieve this status.
Singing seems to be the school’s forte especially since Condorrat Primary has an established choir who are celebrating success this year.
They won a competition at an event in Stirling recently which required them to sing two songs in Gaelic, and the pupils did brilliant.

Hide AdNew technology such as iPads recently helped pupils with a special project on the weather.
The youngsters used the devices to source information on predicted weather for a variety of cities as part of the project.
Pupils have also been logging their learning through ‘learning journeys’
This allows them to know what is expected of them during term time and they are set targets.

Hide AdFinally the after school club have been getting creative. For the youngsters have made clay fish models.
