'˜The Hoose' gets a makeover
A team based in Strathclyde Business Park spent a day out of their offices in Orbiston Neighbourhood Centre painting interior walls of ‘The Hoose’ resource centre.
Charged with brushes and rollers, and protected by overalls, the team covered all the walls and staircases in just a few hours.

She said: “Our centre has a small team of staff and volunteers occupied with delivering services, he don’t have time or skills to make improvements needed.
“‘The Hoose’ resource centre is used by various groups for meetings and activities and the Virgin staff’s work has massively improved the spaces for these groups”.
Meanwhile the centre was awarded £1,000 from the Asda Foundation which it will use to help purchase materials for the afternoon craft classes.
