Carnwath woman Alice Stewart was line judge at London Olympics volleyball
CARNWATH woman Alice Stewart reckons she was watched by BILLIONS of television viewers when working as a line judge at the Olympic Games volleyball tournament.
The 42-year-old, of Main Street, officiated in 10 matches at London’s Earls Court where 15,000 crowds were there to watch the action up close and personal.
“It was a fabulous experience for me,” said Alice.
“The standard of play was out of this world.”
