A few minutes later Stef McCluskey put the Broadwood outfit two up.
He did come close but was denied chalking up a third score for Clyde when Queen’s keeper Blair Lochhead pulled off a brilliant save.
However, just after the half-hour mark a good team effort resulted in the visitors’ third. McCluskey linked up with Scott Ferguson to send a clever ball to Michael Daly who fired the ball home.
